James Hemphill is an educator, entrepreneur, and real estate professional with a passion for helping others find the right home or investment property. With over 20 years of experience in education and a background in entertainment and business ownership, James brings a unique blend of creativity, communication, and dedication to every client interaction.

His interest in real estate began through managing short-term rentals and Airbnb properties, which sparked a deeper commitment to the industry. Today, he continues to teach in the Brandon area while serving buyers, sellers, and investors throughout the Tampa Bay region.

In addition to his work in real estate, James is an active member of his community, directing and providing music at a local church in Temple Terrace.
